Welcome to Midnight Mania!
A pair of shin guards may have saved Tommy Fury’s boxing career.
The younger brother of elite Heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury was the latest to sign up for the challenge of getting low kicked by a professional fighter. Fury didn’t start at the bottom either — he opted to take his low kicks from interim UFC Heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall! Aspinall is more known for his boxing prowess — he’s actually sparred with Tyson Fury on several occasions — than his kicking game, but the few times Aspinall has booted his opponent’s lead leg have looked plenty painful.
(watch here), claiming his status as best boxer on the influencer circuit, which is worth a lot of dollars and relatively little clout. Likely, he’ll fight Paul again at some point, because there’s too much money on table to skip that rematch.
As for Aspinall, many regard the interim champion as the best on the planet after smoking Curtis Blaydes in seconds for his first title defense. Unfortunately, he’s unlikely to get his chance to unify the title anytime soon, because both Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic are expected to retire after their November legacy fight.

Think of this story every time a fighter does something silly in the cage … he might be in the field!
Michael Bisping tells a crazy story of how he got hit so hard by Chael Sonnen that he thought he was riding a bike through a field:

When I talk about “fighting the inside and outside hip battle” in a fighter breakdown, this is exactly what I’m referring to:

Shoutout Mansour Barnaoui! That said, it’s crazy to see how much less muscular Islam Makhachev was back in his regional days.
Nobody asked for this.
Slips, rips, and KO clips
Bryan Battle has always been an intuitive fighter, but his background info here makes that even more obvious.
Most people don’t realize I was 21 years old and 300 pounds when I started training. I found my passion and it changed me both mentally and physically. https://t.co/rumcrUWBde
