Korb3n on Buyout Price of Dota 2 Prodigy Satanic: “His starting price is one million”
In a recent YouTube video, Manager of Team Spirit, Korb3n, who is also the Founder and Manager of Yellow Submarine said that he would not sell the young and talented Satanic even for an offer worth half a million.
He went on to back his statement by stating facts like his young age and his promising talent that helped him climb up the ranks of Dota 2 European leaderboards into the top five ranks, Korb3n stated that the starting price of the young players would be $1 Million USD.
“I wouldn’t sell Satanic even for half a million right now. His starting price is one million. Okay, maybe not the starting one, but still a million,” said Korb3n.
He went on to justify the probable buyout of Satanic by comparing him with the likes of famous Counter-Strike players like Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy and Denis “electroNic” Sharipov who moved to Cloud9 following a buyout of $2 Million USD combined.
Satanic, who currently plays for Yellow Submarine is currently playing as a stand-in for Aurora at Elite League while Nuengnara “23savage” Teeramahanon flies back to Thailand and is set to return today on 6th April.
On the other hand, his main team Yellow Submarine has not been able to achieve the desired results. It did manage to put up a valiant effort during the qualifiers of PGL Wallachia Season 1 but ended up falling short of the desired result.
As for his personal achievements, Satanic currently sits on the fourth position in the Dota 2 European ranked leaderboards and at one point in time had even secured the top position.
The youngster is certainly brimming with potential to be one of the best players in competitive Dota 2. It will be interesting to see if he would be able to capitalize on his skills to make a name for himself in the current esports landscape.
