The 13K MMR Club is currently the pinnacle for Dota 2 ranked players. Currently, only about 10 players have managed to secure 13,000 MMR with Alimzhan “watson” Islambekov from Entity leading the pack with 13,500 MMR.
Team Spirit’s offlaner Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov is the latest to achieve this milestone. He managed to cross the threshold on 22nd April 2024, Monday, after an eight-game win-streak over the last week.
Taking to Telegram, Collapse shared his achievement with his fans and followers to celebrate this milestone.
Collapse Joins 13,000 MMR Club
Known for being a two-time TI Champion with Team Spirit and creating waves in the community with his signature Magnus plays at The International, Team Spirit’s Collapse adds a new achievement to his accolades by achieving the 13,000 MMR milestone.
Following this achievement, Collapse rose through the Dota 2 leaderboards and is currently ranked 10th in the European Leaderboard. He achieved this impressive milestone after winning eight games in a row, playing Slardar in the final game to seal the deal.
Collapse currently has an 88.9% win streak in the last eight days and has played a total of nine games.
Aside from his personal ventures, Collapse’s team, Team Spirit is currently playing in ESL One Birmingham 2024 to ensure a spot at the coveted Riyadh Masters at Esports World Cup 2024.
Team Spirit is currently ranked fifth on the EPT Leaderboard and needs to secure optimal results at the ongoing Dota 2 tournament to ensure a spot at the coveted Riyadh Masters.
On the first day of this tournament, Team Spirit settled for decisive draws against HEROIC and Gaimin Gladiators.
The second day of the playoffs, however, is filled with stronger opponents and Team Spirit needs to bring its A-game to win against Xtreme Gaming and Tundra Esports.
Team Spirit has not been performing optimally in recent tournaments and its team captain Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov had promised an improvement in this tournament. Whether the team will hold its promise and improve its results or not is for the team to showcase.
As of now, the results of the tournament have been acceptable and Team Spirit is looking forward to facing stronger opponents and hopes for the best.
